plants/grass in duck area?

Funny, my ducks love to go for it and devour the small seeds it makes.

What about grass clippings? My mower jas a bagger and I usually just dump it on the compost pile, but could I give so e of it to my ducks? My chickens free range so they help themselves to it. My ducks are quite ready to be pur out on their own.

My ducks aren't out yet but no grass in my chicken pen. They devoured it all. I usually mow with my riding lawnmower but have a pushmower with a bagger. I ran it around the yard the other day and threw the clippings in the chicken coop. They loved it!

grass clippings are fine. but be careful don't let the lawn get to long if your going to give them to the ducks. they wont be able to tear it off at a length they like and could choke. i wouldn't be to scared but there's always a possibility
