Please assist me in sexing these! Update pictures (1 week later)

These are two cochin bantams (partridge and black). The partridge is around 7 weeks old and the black is around 5 weeks I believe.

The partridge looks large. Could be a roo. Too early to tell for the black.

I can't tell if the saddle feathers are pointed or not, it might be the way the detail of the feather appears. but in my not-at-all-an-expert opinion...

i'd guess hen on the partrige and roo on the black. (hey...i have a 50/50 chance each!!)

Cockerel for the partridge...but I'm debating on the black. Can you get a better angle of it with its head up? I'm leaning towards pullet.

From the 1st pic. It looks like a hen, but the second picture makes it look more like a rooster. The 2nd black 1 looks like a hen.

Can someone explain what is the dead giveaway on the Partridge? I will have to replace her if she is a HE!!! I am not allowed to have roosters in my neighborhood.
