Keep a very close eye on him for a couple of weeks, and if you can, get a baseline weight on him then weigh every 2-3 days. Good advice, I think that is what I would do.You could gently put some triple antibiotic around the area but of course that’s up to you. Hopefully he’ll be okay.

Okay thank you!!When I weigh my adult ducks I get on the scale get my weight then get on the scale with my duck subtract the 2 weights and that will give you your ducks weight.
