Please help Coryza

Some of my chickens are showing signs of coryza I took them to the poultry lab and waiting on the results. I know if it is I would have to Cull them all. Do I have to cull my guinea too? And I have eggs in the incubator. Are those eggs safe to hatch or can it be past down? PLEASE HELP
