Please Help ID My 3 Ducklings

The little yellow one with the inward foot also looks like it has an injury on its leg
Could this be causing some of its issues by Chance ?
Or is it just the picture or a marking ?
Hey! I look at both legs really good and don’t see any injuries or marks so I think it may be the picture. He does have very bowed legs due to niacin deficiency. I woke up one morning and checked on them and he was barely able to walk to I have been giving vitamin b complex orally and he’s acting great now but still bow legged. I’m on day 6 of the supplement.

Keep giving them you are doing the right thing and got on it fast :)
May need them for a few weeks
I use nutritional yeast 1tbs per 1 cup of feed till 10 weeks
Then add a sprinkle to the feed as adults
I have Pekin , khaki and 5 of their babies and my two boys are much bigger then mom so want to make sure they get the extra niacin in case
I also stop using starter feed by 3 weeks and move to grower
Every week I add vitamin B complex to the water just for an extra boost
I read you do use the nutritional yeast
Some just need more then others
Like us humans we are all different

I have given them brewers yeast 1-1.5TBS per cup of feed and just ran out. Could I add the vitamin b complex straight to their gallon of water to ensure they all get it? If I do this should I still give maybe 1/2 cc orally to the little yellow duck that showed signs of deficiency? I went to my local farm store and they did not have any brewers or nutritional yeast so will have to
Order it online and will take several days to a week to come in.

I had to be out of town over the weekend so the troubled duck missed two doses of the b complex. Today he’s starting to have trouble walking again. He can still walk but just seems to rather lay down more. I noticed his skin under his feather all on his underside that it is really red and he is constantly picking and cleaning at his feathers. I put his in a lukewarm bath which he loved and gave him strawberries and tuna along with his 1cc of b complex. I put new pine chips in their brooder. Is the redness something to worry about or should I just be sure he stays dry as much as possible? I’m sorry I have so many questions. I just feel like I’m failing the little one :( but I will say he is the closest one to me out of all as far as doesn’t run away when I pick him up and let’s me hold him, comes to me, etc. where the other two don’t like to be held.

I would bath him in warm water as much as possible
Several times a day
One it helps him stay clean as he isn’t as mobile
It will also help him use his legs without the body weight and keep them getting stronger
@Miss Lydia is it 1 ml for vitamin B ?
Will baby eat scrambled eggs ?
Do you have grit to offer as you are feeding other things then just feed ?

I haven’t tried grits but will get some to try! I do give them boiled eggs cut up small and they eat it really good. So far I have given them eggs, strawberries, tuna, cucumbers, romaine lettuce, and peas. I’ve been giving 1ml of the vitamin b. I had saw that it was 1ml if they are 4 weeks or older but couldn’t find a whole lot of info on the dosage.

Anytime you feed anything other then feed you should provide grit. This helps them digest the feeds
In the wild they get sand or small stones from the ponds or digging
I leave a bowl of grit for mine at all times
This way if they don’t find it naturally they have access 24/7. They will use as needed
