please help identify "TINY" !!!!

We bought this cutie at the feed store a few days ago (couldn't resist the cuteness). We have NO IDEA what he/she is though! First I thought it looked like a tiny welsummer, and then someone said it might be a banty EE without the fluffy cheek gene. Then I thought it looked like that cute picture of a game bantam on the top of the BYC home page.
So.... please help identify "Tiny" (we named him/her Tiny)

Tiny is the one on the right in the photo below, with some chicks we just hatched recently (BLRW, wheaten ameraucana, and golden cuckoo marans). Tiny was originally going outside to the baby coop with other birds of his/her age, but he/she peep-peep-peeped (cried) and obviously wanted to come back inside with us and the indoor babies.

Boy, she sure looks like EE but without the muff! I'm looking at her legs are they are turning dark. Hopefully someone else can chime in on this one.........

Tiny is a Pheonix. Probably Silver. Beautiful birds. The hens are extremely friendly and people oriented. The Roosters can be a bit aggressive because they are a borderline game bird. Be very hands on either way and you'll be happy.
