Please help! It's day 27 with no movement or internal pip from the duckling, what should I do?!

Alright I'll leave the duckling in there, thank you! And I'll use that white membrane as an indicator that I can look at from outside without disturbing the egg too much! I was actually expecting an external peep to be an actual hole rather than just a crack on the surface so I thought something was wrong but in that case I can rest easy and wait another day - thats a lot of waiting lol, it's been really testing my patience 😖!
it starts as a crack, then the duckling will break through and make a hole and then zip, I believe. It is a long process and pretty stressful first time! I'm incubating duck eggs for the first time, and they're almost at lockdown- I know the hatch process takes a while, so it'll be my turn to be patient soon lol. Keep a close eye and keep us updated!

Oh ok, I'll keep an eye out for that hole and I will definitely! Good luck with your hatch, I hope it goes a lot more smoothly than mine and isn't so delayed!

So I think he just started unzipping - but he hasn't made an actual hole that broke through the inner membrane yet and I'm worried he might suffocate? Since there's limited oxygen in the air cell and it's been over 24 hours since the internal pip at this point. He might be a confused little guy! Or maybe I'm the confused one lol (Put a cloth back in when I opened the incubator a crack open because the condensation disappeared and I was worried about humidity levels) can I make a safety hole where the white membrane I mentioned earlier is? I read that a small safety hole won't do any harm so it might be better safe than sorry?

I hope he hatches soon! If ducks are like chickens he will need a friend. Feed stores dont usually carry poultry this time of year....
The feed stores are most probably too far either way so my best bet is glorious Amazon - that doesn't have duckling specific food which is annoying but not the end of the world! And I called up some of the closer centers but no luck - all hope's not lost yet though, I'll try asking my friend how old the youngest duckling they have is hopefully the age gap isn't too big

That's good! Hopefully she'll have one young enough. How is the duckling doing now? Any progress?
