Please help...Losing my mind and not sure if this is an emergency or not! (Weird poop...intestines?

Yes... that makes sense..

Yesterday, I gave my chicks a touch of cinnamon in with their food- I read it is completely safe for them on several different websites- it is supposed to be anti-parasitic and anti-bacterial...

If these are worms, and not just poop, they are not moving or alive when they come out. I am wondering if maybe the cinnamon killed them?

I don't know.

But thank you for your replies! I do very much appreciate them :) I am new to this website, and haven't really had a chance to do anything else on this site yet because I wanted to see if I could get any answers to this! And if you have any extra advice, please don't hesitate to reply!

I did some research and I read about intestinal shedding so it might be that. From what I have read its normal so I would keep with what your doing and watch for any other odd things. The cinnamon might have fixed the problems and killed the worms if that's what it was. I hope your chicks all do great and bring you tons of fun. Oh by the way :welcome

Thank you! I will definitely keep an eye on it, (all we have been doing is watching chicks since we got them! Lol). This is slightly stressful trying to make sure we do everything right, or at least the best we can for the chicks! I definitely appreciate you researching this! I also will look into the intestinal shedding thing a bit more.

Take a fecal sample to the vet. It is not very expensive, my vet charges $15. You can find out for sure what is wrong with them and get the medication needed. I do understand the logic in giving cinnamon, garlic, etc to chickens, but sometimes a medication is needed to save their lives.

It is normal to loose some chicks but I would have a fecal sample tested so you know what your really dealing with. Hope everything gets better.
