Please help me identify Rodney's breed

I'm sorry he disappeared! Your experience is remarkably similar to mine, at least, the reason I'm getting into chickens is anyway. Long story which I will post in it's own thread when I'm not exhausted from coop building.

I loved reading through this whole thread tonight, but was sorry Rodney didn't make it back home. Sigh.

I'm sorry to hear about your rooster leaving, I hope he comes back! I just thought I'd let you know that the dark hen is a black sex link...(just in case you didnt know) I used to have one just like it, and they are excellent layers!

not sure if i'll get another roo. i liked that rodney was quiet. i do want my girls to have some protection though. i was thinking i have room for another hen without a roo now LOL!!!!
