Please help me identify this

Sometimes, especially with mixed breed chickens, they get more white as they age. I wouldn't be too worried about it if she otherwise seems normal and it doesn't rub off when you gently rub it.
 
If it is bilateral, it probably is normal white spillage on the ears. It doesn’t look like favus (fungus) to me. That is a white chaulky infection that can spread from the comb and wattles to the face and feathered parts of the head.
