Please help me! Need an answer ASAP! Chick hatched before lockdown! Humidity low and turner still in

This chick hatched when humidity was at 28%, so I'm not sure if it's better to leave the incubator closed or if it's better to try to keep it above 65%

The level of humidity isnt that important, what is important is fluctuations. Now you've got it up to 65% either bring it down and leave it alone or keep it at 65%. Dont have it fluctuating up and down.Thats what does the harm.

That makes sense. The principal already added the water yesterday to get it up to 65%. I think maybe the early chick was not at day 1 when I got it.
If I have the principal go in over the weekend to check the humidity, do you think she should just leave it at whatever percent it is if it's dropped below 65%? Or do you think she should try to quickly add some warm water? I suppose it depends on whether she sees any pips?
I've found that my incubator isn't particularly good at holding humidity steady

I wasn't able to get it into the brooder until this morning after all.
It is chirping like crazy.
It hasn't drank or eaten anything. I dipped its beak in sugar water. What should I do?
