Please have a second look at #9, feathering turned out to be blue. From the chicken breed calculator, it could indicate this is a pullet instead of a cockerel. See this post: https://www.backyardchickens.com/th...lue-laced-red-wyandotte.1557004/post-26393040

Blue isn't sex linked Doesn't matter which parent is blue, they can pass the blue gene to both genders of chicks. This one is a cockerel for sure - he's barred.
