I received a extra chick and I can’t seem to distinguish what breed this chick is. I’m thinking it’s a barred rock, but I’m not quite sure???

Not sure why it can't be a barred. I see the spot on the head so it's at least cuckoo if not barred. Though I've never seen that much white in a barred Rock's face.

So if we think of cuckoo/barred that have yellow skin and clean legs that's your options left. All I can think of besides the Barred Plymouth Rock is Dominique. The Dom is Rose comb. My eyes are not good enough to see what comb type your chick has.

All we can be positive of is it's a cockerel. Hatcheries vent sex and always toss in males as "extras for added warmth" to get rid of them.

I got 4 of these from TSC. They looked very similar to yours, the other 3 looked even closer to yours. I would say Barred Rock or maybe even a Dominicker
How old is your chick?
