Ok you guys. I need help!!
I'm all in a fizz about the temp on uglybator. Thermometers were calibrated using the slush method. Here is what I have:

Aquarium Thermometer: lowest marked temp is 32 but the thermometer continues for another inch down, highest marked temp is 150 (see picture). Slush calibration had it as near to perfect as I could tell. Currently reads just under 100F.

Meat Thermometer: low is 0 high is 220. I have it inserted into a water bottle through a hole in the bottles lid. It reads ~101F Slush calibrated, but boil calibration didn't match up. Went with slush.

Oral Fever Thermometers: I have two. I can not calibrate. I put a small cup of water covered in plastic wrap into the bator (see picture, it's the metal shotglass near bulb). After 2 hours I stuck the thermometer in and turned it on. Did this with two. They read 100.3 and 100.4F respectively.

Came with my brinsea, I've used it in a lot of hatches. I love the small compact size. It's gotten humid a lot, and last time when I was calibrating it the bag was compromised and it got wet, however it was dried quickly and appeared to work. It calibrated 32.4 using slush. When place on top of the shot glass in uglybator it said the temp was 103.2F! (103.6)

Trust the little fish tank thermometer . It will be the one that is right .Fill a glass with crushed ice and water wait one minute. and put your thermometer in the glass it should read 32 degrees .
Alright, TWO vote for fishy thermometer! And YES, it does read 32 in the slush cup. ;)

The meat thermometer should be adjustable .IF There is a little nut at the base of the head it can be set after calibration . our taking your temperature at the top of the egg yes ?
I calibrated all the thermometers (except oral) using the ice (I call it slush) method. Yes, I adjusted them accordingly. However my ISSUE is that even though they are all calibrated at 32, they are reading different temperatures in my incubator!

The oral thermometers will be one degree off most of the time anyway. your using a light as a heat source correct? thee meat thermometer should take it's reading within a inch of the point . The aquarium thermometer will read at the bottom . fashion a way to hold the aquarium thermometer at the top of the eggs . Banty chooks uses lego blocks for hers . get rid of the oral thermometers they will just confuse you. use the meat thermometer so it isn't close to the light and at the top of the eggs . It will work better if the dial is outside the incubator .I don't trust digital thermometers at all an don't use them. I would just use the aquarium thermometer and the meat thermometer . Banty chooks uses two aquarium thermometers in her homemade incubator .

I use especially incubator thermometer and a thermo/hygro combo and they still don't match, so as long the average temperature is in between 37.3C° to 38.3C° I am OK and EVERY fertile egg that I incubated in my DIY hatched!
You worry to much, you never know if you have hot-spots in your inco. Ect.

Two? I usually have four in there, six total available if needed.

Agree that digital thermos are junk, most times. I trust the aquarium thermos.

Due to me having a hard time seeing markings on the aquarium thermometers, I will be getting some digital thermometers. I am going to test them against the aquarium thermometers, and will not use them in lockdown so they don't get their brains fried by high humidity.
