PLEASE HELP MY CHICKS can’t make sound

My 3 week old chick can’t make sound it’s like a small rattling squeak and continuously moves it’s mouth like a gagging motion every second, it was fine yesterday but today is acting weird it is a pekin bantam.
my other chick is a polish bantam and is doing absolutely fine. It also won’t drink or eat

Did it possibly eat something that is caught? Can you see in its mouth if there is anything?
