Please help my rooster

Not sure what is going on with my rooster and this my baby I need advice I will try to attach a picture but there is something going on with his behind

Can you try rinsing off the poop so we can see? What's his diet, age, any new birds? Any other symptoms?

No other babies added, he seemed fine the day prior. I noticed he wasn’t his normal self not very active. Let try to give a better picture, some one told me it might be hemorrhoids but I haven’t changed their diet I did catch the neighbor throwing bread out to them which I didn’t like so I had to say something about that. He maybe 2 or 3 he gets a regular flockcrumble

No, I am not a rooster expert. I do help out here some. Can you try to clean the poop off the vent area, so that we can see it better.
