That one sounds hungry, direct it to the food. Sometimes if you pick up a bit of food and drop it down a few times in a row or "peck" at food with your finger it helps them figured it out. It likely thinks toes are worms.One of them is drinking for sure, not eating food yet.
I have one chick that is concerning me though.. i see one often actively chasing other chicks and pecking them and dragging them by the foot.. Do I need to separate it?I have an evil chick
It does happen, especially if they were shipped eggs.
Sometimes chicks simply fail to thrive. There's not much you can do about it, unfortunately.
You might want to separate it so another chick doesn't accidentally rupture it. The odds are against it making it, but it might.I see..
I had two more hatch out but one of them has the yolk sac still attached and it's dragging it around everywhere

Like in a little dish by itself or like a wall to separate them?
Either will work as long as the others can't get to it. A dish might give it the best chance to absorb the yolk, but it's hard to make sure the temp is right.
