Please help, not sure what the problem is...

I checked out her leg, and there didn’t seem to be any swelling or heat or any differences between the legs, but I’m pretty new at this, so I may have missed something. As @WVduckchick said earlier, maybe it is something in her hip/pelvic bone... or perhaps a vitamin B deficiency, not sure. She has been VERY curious about my room, walking around to inspect all the things that look interesting. She has been eating more dry food with vitamin, but not much water, although lately her poops have been a bit more watery, but still fairly normal.

I would continue to offer her supportive care with vitamins. See that she is eating her normal feed very well and encourage her to drink.

It's good that she is exploring and moving around.

Yes I will definitely be doing that, and I’m happy that she is curious and trying to explore.
This is an interesting thread about a hen with one bum leg which she walks on the hock and has curled toes, and eventually recovered a couple of months later, using vitamins and a chicken sling during periods when she could not walk:

Thank you for this! Very interesting read, gives me hope that Daisy will recover, as she is in a better state than the bird in that thread.

Ok she didn’t poop at night, and I’ve noticed that when she does it’s hardly anything. But she always lets out a huge poop when I take her out, here is this mornings:

I’m a bit worried, because she doesn’t eat or drink in front of me very much, but she seems to poop a lot, and sometimes they are watery poops, but usually they are normal, so she must be eating and drinking, maybe she’s just uncomfortable doing it in front of me? She is still waking around my room slowly, which is good. Sometimes she sits down to rest. I have been giving her the vitamin B food and the electrolyte water, hopefully I can get some other vitamins and medications, @casportpony what did you think of the calcium magnesium? It was 333 mg Elemental Calcium and 167 mg magnesium.

Why don't you measure the amount of feed you are putting with her in the morning.

Then at night you will know exactly how much she is eating.
Very good idea! I will do that for sure!

Also I’m not sure if it’s been mentioned yet, but if you could weigh her, it’s always good to monitor if they gain or lose weight when they aren’t eating and drinking regularly.
Check her breast bone too, to make sure she is “fat enough”

Yes I will do that too.
