The two blacks look to be split black/lavender which means they will carry the lavender gene or they are just plain black without the lavender gene. Plus you have some lavender chicks as well. I never kept any of the split black lavs since it's too hard to know without hatching who could carry the lavender gene. They do not picked on at all, most in the lavender orpington projects are just slow feather growers.

Edited to add both blacks look to be cockerels!
