Please HELP Respiratory disease or gape worm? 8 week old pullet with strange calls and noises

I have a 8 week old pullet along with 5 other pullets along with a roo and her "Pullet noises" sounds a bit off anyone know what I could give her she gapes her mouth when she is hot cause she is the biggest hen and bigger than all the cockerels I got antibiotics if they are needed and if its worms what could I give them they are currently being give corid for a week since they have been having red poop
