I don't know to dose so I gave it .3ml orally. I diluted with water and this was the first dose.

Could it be gapeworm? I've heard it's rare but the chick isn't showing any other symptoms. Just gasping...

Was that injectable Tylosin and what strength, or was it the liquid from powder? Benadryl is usually only given for an allergic reaction to a sting in chickens, so I would probably hold off on that. Gapeworm is fairly rare. It is treated with SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer 1/4 ml per pound given orally for 5 straight days.

It is the 50 or the 200? The dosage for the Tylan 50 is 0.25 ml per pound given 3 times a day. The 200 dosage is 0.1 ml peer every 2 pounds 3 times a day for 5 days.

It's 50. Yikes I probably overdosed it

It made it through the night. It had two more gasping episodes so I gave it another dose of tylosin and benadryl and it worked both times. It won't eat or drink anything so if it doesn't perk up soon I'll try tube feeding some baby bird formula. I think it's a pullet but I'm terrible at sexing so who knows
