Can you feel of the chick to check if there is any area of air under the skin, which could be a leaking air sac? It would feel like a little air ballon under the skin. I once had a chick clicking who had a leaking air sac on one side of her chest. The gasping is concerning. Could she have been roughed up by a rooster or another chicken? Have you seen any respiratory symptoms in other chickens in the past? Have you added any new flock additions recently? I would keep watch for any bubbles in an eye or any swelling in the face or eyelids, and sneezing. I would recheck the inside of the beak and back of the throat for any mucus or material with a flashlight.

I’m not too good at this sort of thing, but... How does it’s neck feel? Are there any symptoms of wry neck? Where are you housing these chicks currently? Could it have gotten trampled?
They're currently free ranging on 10 acres during the day and in a coop with the older chickens at night. I'm building another coop but it won't be ready for a while because I suck at building anything😅 It's definitely possible it got trampled. No symptoms of wry neck.

I don’t feel bubbles under its skin. I recently added some new chickens without quarantine. All of my chickens have been gentle with chicks and I don't have any bullies but some of the newer ones could've attacked it. I've only had them for a few days so I don't know if they will be compatible with the younger chickens yet. There's no bubbles or swelling on its face but I'll check the throat again.

It's suddenly gotten worse and it's barely getting air at all. It's gasping and I don't think it's going to make it. I gave it more benadryl and some tylosin but idk what else to do
