But still... that would have sucked. Of course, I live about 10 miles from town so I have to drive to get anywhere other then cornfields, so it would probably be a bigger deal for me.

Well I lost the password for silkiecrazy1212... So now Josh really is gone. (I lost the email password along with it.) (BAD LUCK!!)

I'm pretty sure you can have the password sent to you. When you go to sign in there is a link that says "Lost your password" or something like that. Or I think Mods can send it to you. Don't quote me on that though. Lol.

Personally, I don't care if you are Josh or Jason, as long as you aren't posting as an alias supporting your own thread! I can understand wanting to post under an alias for this matter. I would probably be tempted to do the same, even at my advanced age.

But, if I refer to you as Josh instead of Jason, you'll have to forgive me. LOL.

Jason / Josh or whoever you are. Perhaps instead of all of the focus on how bad it might be for you and what the courts may or may not do. Take a little different look at this. Think about how lucky you are. How lucky that you and your friend were not hurt or worse. How lucky you are that nobody else was hurt or worse.
Take what the court dishes out and BE VERY THANKFUL !
