PLEASE! Help with decent hen saddles!

I am so sick of buy crummy hen saddles. They are either cheap and flimsy or expensive and made from canvas that is hard on my babies’ skin. I don’t mind spending the money, but I need something soft against their skin but robust. PLEASE, any suggestions would be wonderful!

Reduce the number of roosters in the flock and just keep one good male that has good technique. Their backs shouldn't be getting worn out by male attention.
