Is that her actual eye or is that by her eye? What can I do
Clearly her eye! Dear lord I’ve never seen something so horrific! Is that her actual eye or is that by her eye?
First of all that seems very advanced and infected. She is likely blind in that eye. I would rush her to a vet immediately to have it looked at. What happend? What can I do

It looks like she has a respiratory disease that has progressed to a very infected eye from sinus infection. There probably is pus in there that needs to be cleaned out. Have you been cleaning the eye and applying antibiotic ointment twice a day? Can you see a vet and get some antibiotics to treat her? Tylosin, doxycycline, oxytetracycline, and enrofloxacin are some that can treat infection. Enrofloxacin is banned for chickens, but some vets do prescribe it for certain infections. The pus must be removed for her to get better.
