please help with turkey temp & home made incubator

My turkeys just started laying but they but they wont sit on them. so i would like to know if ant one has had any luck with making a incubator and haching. what temp do they need to be at and do they have to be turned like chickens. any help you all have would be great thanks.

You incubate them almost exactly like chicken eggs - same temp/humidity/turning. They just take a week longer. If you look in the incubating section, you'll find lots of people have made their own incubators. There is also a section in the coops tab at the top of this page devoted entirely to home-made incubators.
