Please help

Balut eggs, the live version! The were likely 14 days along and then sent to the store not refrigerated.

You would have about two weeks to go before hatching.
X2...don't poke any holes in that egg.

Put it back into a bator and leave it alone.
It's not time to hatch.

The 'turning black' that you're asking about, do you mean the shells on the outside? I just re-read everything after your last picture and now think that's what's got you concerned? Sorry I didn't realise that before.
It's hard for me to see much movement on your video if I'm honest, but I think if you can see it moving and the veins are good that is hopeful!
What is your humidity at?
Maybe @WVduckchick could help, or @KikisGirls, she has some experience with balut eggs ;)
Sorry...I'm just NOW seeing this tag!

Hey thanks for the reply I'm just anxious and also worried I dont anything bad to happen to him or her I'm emotionally invested now
I know, I'm sorry if I sounded harsh, I panicked too!
The egg I said I was obsessing over, well this is her now! And boy did she make me wait for it! And so many times I had to do everything in my power not to intervene, and she did it on her own.
I understand your circumstances mean your little guy may have a harder time hatching and there may be problems that make hatching hard for it, but it's still active and I don't want you to jump the gun and act too soon as that can cause its own problems. I think when some of the tagged people come back they will give you more informed opinions on your next move, I just wanted you to be careful with it while you waited :hugs

Just out of curiosity,Where are you keeping the little ducks when they hatch? I recently started incubating eggs and I’m thinking about building them something cool for them to live in to pass the time so when they hatch instead of just putting them in a tub with a heat lamp because they will be staying indoors while little and more than likely in my own seven year old daughters room. I bought the incubator for her for her birthday because she insisted I let the hens hatch some of our eggs.

@ButteCA have you had ducklings before?
If you haven't then, although I like you're idea, I think you will quickly learn that the priority will be keeping up with their rapid growth and keeping them clean! They are little poop machines!
I would be interested in hearing your ideas though, maybe if you started a new thread, but it might be better to think of it as a 'playground' they visit to play but spend most of their time in an easy to clean brooder set up.
