Ok, thank you. I have medicated chick starter on the way, it will be here tomorrow, but I'm scared thats too late. Is there something else I can give the chick?

The chick will probably be less stressed if left alone. You could try hanging a feather duster for it to go under. Your motives are so kind, to want to give it company and comfort, but to the chick you are a HUGE scary thing.
I forgot to mention no cedar shavings; they're toxic.
Forgive me if you know all this already; I'm just trying to think of everything that could possibly go wrong.
If you have a hatchery within driving range of you, they might allow you to pick up chicks, entirely avoiding the stress of shipping. I order from the hatchery "near" me; they are out the hatchery doors and into their toasty brooder in less than 1-1/2 hrs. Saves a lot of stress. Again, I wouldn't do that until this chick is completely recovered, and I'd get some darned good sanitizer for everything the chick even shed dust on, first. If you are picking up, the hatchery might even waive the minimum number, and sell you just a few for pets.
I went in for 3. Came out with 5. Chicken math is to blame.
I don't know much so anything helps, thank you. These chick was not shipped, but her/his 2 siblings did pass away. Could that stress kill her/him.
I don't have cedar shavings but that's good to know that they're toxic.

I'm sorry--I do well with injures, but have had very little luck treating chicken illnesses. Medicated feed will prevent coccidiosis, but it will NOT cure it once a chick is ill with it. Corid is the treatment. If the poops look normal with no blood, it probably isn't coccidiosis. Try googling "the chicken doctor." Also, "the chicken chic" has a website--perhaps she can think of something. Is chic still lookig sick, with closed eyes? If eyes are open when you approach, it is eating, drinking, and moving around, and cheeping is the only problem, then u can relax. They peep a lot anyway, and the distress of no other chicks to huddle with would exacerbate the cheeping. Again, hanging a feather duster for chick to go under might help with anxiety, but duster is NO substitute for correct temperature draft-free brooder with some what cooler area for the chick to move to if overheated.

I'll have medicated chick starter in about 20 minutes, do I just replace its food with this?
Should I cook some egg yolk because I've heard that helps, and should I mix in the white?

Don't get another chick yet. You don't know what's going on and whether your chick is contagious. Since 2 have died, unless you can identify the reason why (cold brooder, etc.) You would just be exposing a new chick to whatever is causing the deaths.
Wholeheartedly agree, but in the meantime, an old rolled up sock may work as a 'snuggle buddy'.

Yes, you can replace current crumbles with medicated crumbles. Amprollium is not an antibiotic--it will not TREATMENT anything. Whole egg scrambled is good. What is the chick acting like?

If your chick already has coccidiosis, the medicated starter will do absolutely nothing to help her. You need to treat with Corid. I would go ahead and start the Corid now. Just because no blood is seen in the droppings, it is not an indicator of a lack of coccidiosis.
I would start this little one by "drenching" her for 3 to 5 days. You need to be very careful drenching a chick as they can quite easily be aspirated. The easiest way for me is to saturate a Q-tip with the undiluted liquid Corid and touch the side of the beak so the liquid wicks in and the chick drinks it. Do that until she's had about 1/4 to 1/2 ml.
Then dilute some Corid 2 tsp per gallon of water and have that as her only source of water for 7 days.
If the others died from coccidiosis, it honestly may be too late to start treatment for your lone survivor but it's worth a try and Corid is something every chicken keeper should have on hand regardless.
Good luck with this little one and keep us posted.
