I'm not sure if this baby chick has splayed legs or if they might be dislocated...

is there any possible way of helping him/her out so he/she can make it?

your link was very helpful! after reading it, I believe it might be a slipped Achilles tendon on his left leg. i'll try and fix it once i'm home!

Slipped tendon is a possibility, and a rotated femur may also be a problem. Vet wrap cut into strips is a good thing for splinting. These are much harder to treat than splay leg. Here is a more updated sight of Poultry Pedia, and here are a couple of more links:
