Please help!! I have 2 chicks that me and my family have grown very attached too, and were lucky enough to see hatching. But now both are very sick due to their water tank having a leek causing chicks to become wet and cold. I have since dried them and they ate and drank but now of a sudden they have become weak and stiff and wont move and breathing is very rapid. I have no idea what to do, is it possible to save them we would really would be devastated if we lost them.... :(

I am sorry that no one replied to your post. It is probably much too late to be of help. Warmth is all I could have suggested. Once chilled their bodies weaken. I hope your chicks survived.

It would seem that there are not enough of us to reach out to all that have posted. Again, sorry.

Thank you so much for your reply unfortunately my chicks didn't survive :( I did some of my own research by looking up similar questions to mine and also looked up chicks symptoms up on Google, and from what I read I think they had Mareks Disease as they had most of the symptoms. A diease that sadly is untreatable. Below I have attached some great links for future readers expressing problems with there chickens. Again thanks for caring.
