Hello - aside from the lack of wing bars he looks bronze to me. From that angle he is going to look black because you are looking into the tips of the feathers. The best way to see the colors of a bird like this is sunrise or sunset with the bird facing you or slightly sideways (quartering toward you) so the light is reflecting off the feathers. They usually have some green and gold iridescence that way. He also has very light ivory tips on his tail coverts and tail feathers instead of the beige but we see that in wild birds here in USA also- different areas of the country have slightly different coloration.Because I dont spot the bronze colours anywhere it is more black and with other greeny colours I dont understand.
