Please identify this chick

I ordered some chicks from cackle hatchery and need help identifying this feathered legged cutie. I ordered 2 surplus packages, dark brown and blue egg layers. I first thought this was an Ameracauna, but it has feathered legs like french marans but doesnt look like those pictures to me. Thanks for helping!

I didn't order those. The only feathered legged breeds I ordered were marans and light brahmas. So if so, a bonus chick?

Maybe splash? I'm not sure. Could be the black, most black breeds start out with a Penguin pattern. Not sure it's a cochin but I think it's likely.
