@Brahmb I see the romance of the claw foot tub.... but getting in and out looks like a disaster waiting to happen .

You’ll need a ramp up and the round edges could prove a problem as the water level sinks.

My 6 splash out 2-3 inches each bath time .

Also please don’t trust those heat lamp clamps to hold , attach a bungee cord as a secondary precaution.... they can slip off and burn the whole thing down

The ducks will only take swims when I am around - for now. I will be putting in a rock ledge for them to climb out and a ramp to get in. The heat lamps are only there temporarily as well. They are only warming the place while I work on it. I’ll post a pic when it’s done.

Is the bathtub their pool? How do they get in there?
How did you attach the tarps to the kennel?

I used zip ties through the grommets and used a nail to poke holes for attaching. It’s already been through 50 mph winds without any trouble. it’s not water proof from rain, but the ducks don’t seem to mind It’s all temporary until next spring anyway. I intend to weatherproof the shed and make that their permanent home while the kennel becomes their winter play house. If the tarp rips, which I doubt it will, i’ll buy a thicker gauge tarp to replace it.
