Please say she’ll live

Not sure if the wound looks normal though or infected or? It was a teensy teeny bit dry/crusted? around the very edges so I put some more ointment on. The rest was still good though but just wanted to be careful.

I think the yellow is just fat/muscle? But idk. She’s very fit and lean and they all fly high/climb the fence regularly (literally) so I find it kind of hard to believe she’d be fat at all but

Smell it. You will smell infection. Keep it moist with ointment and she'll be okay.

Try offering her some scrambled egg. Ones that aren't burnt.

Okay I’ll try to smell it although I couldn’t smell anything when I was putting it on her so that’s good right? Cause it’d be pretty strong right? Or would I have to get really close?

And I’ll definitely try that.
