Not sure what you should do.
Maybe take it back to him and say if it shows up again he can't have it back?
Does he have other birds?
How far away is he?

Only a fence between us, he has geese, ducks, and chickens in his tiny yard. I dont even know if they know its gone again,.

IF I set over it will just jump the fence. Doesn't help that he has "filled in" and the fence is only 3 feet tall on his side.
I have thought of giving him something for it, not that I want it but just to keep the peace.
As many birds as he has cost me IMHO he should just let it go,,,,but that's another issue.
I have been watching for him to be out in his yard,

I still have not caught them outside, the turkey is still here, surely they know where it is and that it is gone,, IDK,,,
I am feeding it so I am sure it will stay here, what do I do with it?????
When he came and got it the first time he said if it comes back he will try to tell the girls to let it be,,,
now, someone here is telling me my rooster will mate it and make turkins,,, really?? It certainly hangs out with him now,,,
