Plymouth Rock thread!

I know they are a bit big for bantams - but i love these guys so much!

Nicest chickens i have had to date! Laid in the first day with me and consistently have after!

Well, breeding season is off to a good start here. From my Canadian trio and 2 pullets from Ohio, I now have about 40 Columbian Rock chicks on the ground, ranging from less than a week old to about 12 weeks old. 2 dozen more in the incubator and hopefully one last batch of 2 dozen more behind that

Hoping to raise enough to get 4-5 REALLY nice pullets for next year and 2 good cockerels. So far everything is looking good!!
 
Very pretty birds, do they have all white wings when they start to feather out? I'm still trying to identify some of my chicks, was told maybe they were columbian wyandottes, but these chicks are not feathering out with any black in the wings like the CW do, so maybe these are CRocks? heres A picture what do you think.

Love your columbians - take alook above these posts and let me know what you think of my new barred bantams! These lil girls they are laying machines and about the nicest birds i have had !
