Polish Bantam. Is this a rooster?

Hi Chicken lovers! Oh boy, I'm in love with this chicken... I'm hoping it's a hen. But, I'm starting to notice for a small bird, it's very bossy. And there is some red forming around the beak. Sorry I'm novice, not great with terms but any help would be greatly appreciated.
