I have a created polish, she molted 2 years ago and lost half of her head feathers. They won’t grow back. Any helpful tips to help her get her cute poof back?

I have them all on the feather fixer feed. It doesn’t seem to bother her she’s bald.

She's being plucked. See the broken feathers and intact feather shafts in the skin? She won't regrow any of those until she goes through a molt. Likely any new growth is promptly plucked out.

You can try applying Nu Stock or Pine Tar to deter the picking, it may help.
Unfortunately picking of crested birds seems to be common.
