Polish mix comb question

Hi. I have 8 baby chics...4 that are almost 4 wks old (2 cochin, 1 barred rock, and 1 top hat mix) and 4 that are almost 3 wks old. (barred rocks).
The question I have is: The polish top hat mix doesn't seem to have ANY comb. In looking closely, it doesnt seem like its been hurt or anything. (although right in the middle of its beak there may be s tiny peck spot?) Anyhow, are polish top hats late in getting thier comb? (all of the others have small defined ones already) Is it possible there is something wrong? or do you think one of the others has been pecking at it? Wouldnt it appear red if so?

None of our polish have combs either.

Whew! How old are yours? Do you know when they will develop them? I read on some thread that polish tend to get pecked due to the feathers coming in on their head...so I was concerned that was the issue
