I must say though, that little hen is a real good layer. She was giving me 5 -6 eggs to set every week. Large size nice white eggs. If the color variety doesn't work out, they could be used as layers.

Personality is very sweet on the hen. Also she's easy to catch 'cause she can't see you coming.

OH YES!!! I guess you would call the white barred ones Cuckoo....Hmmmmm....New Project? Now if I can just get Frizzles, that would be outstanding.

You Can Probably Get A Good Sq Or Breeder Quality Trio For Atleast $100- $150.

You get the coloring worked out and we'll hook you up with some good bantam cuckoos in frizzle and smooth. I want bantam creles but don't have the space to work on another variety for awhile. And since you already have them, you might as well keep plugging away at it.
If my buffs ever start laying again, and the roo gets the job done, your getting eggs from us. I got a hold of someone with a couple top of the line cockerals just in case though, i'm having doubts about that roo.
