I got my first two fertile eggs! One I got last night and broke it open and it was fertile! Then the second one she laid this morning so I’m hoping it’s fertile too!

There's Tolbunt polish that are at the top and candy corn polish that are at the bottom..slight difference in color

So im gussing that picture of the rooster is probably a cross between the Tolbunt and the candy corn

I love this breed, they look ridiculous and cute with their eyes obscured! I would get one but I think they would be too small and docile for my ultra-bossy RIR hen.

He is. I find the mixes eggs for sale on ebay at times or on craigslist

I don’t think I am going to be able to take pictures of when I candle in a few days but I will tell you how many are developing and how many aren’t!

I'm trying to decide whether to buy a few silver polish. I am planning on raising 5 to start with with and see how they sell but before I do I wanted to confirm what they look like. I tried Googling silver polish pictures and couldn't find anything but silver laced polish. Does anybody have any that they could show me their coloration?
