Do you have them on artificial light? Mine are about 7 months old and I just started getting eggs a couple weeks ago, but I have had them on 15 hour a day light for 5 weeks now.
 
She is my oldest hen my other hens are only 3 months and I have a 9 month roo with her because you cant take them apart or the freak out and a full size roo that is with my laying hens and 2 3month roos. but every other chicken I got is laying but her.
 
Its really hard to hatch eggs when she wont even give them to me lol. When I get home today i'm going to give her a better nesting area and hope for the best. she is great almost up to standards besides how she broke her leg but the roo I have with her is also up to standards and i want to show their chicks next year.
 
Thank you! Not sure how being on light all night affects them. My full size hens all started laying at about 22 wks. Polish are much later so I'm not stressing about it. They'll come. Make sure she's not hiding them though!
