Bottom= Hard to tell.  Is that some buffish color on the wings? 

Yes it has buff coloring on the wings.

Thanks Martha! I figured the wc one was a hen, but how can you tell the golden is a hen? I have two other goldens that are supposed to be roos, so if you can let me know how you know this is a hen, I'll try to see if I can tell the difference when I go out there today.

I'd say the golden is a hen because of the softer, rounder looking crest. And lack of any long saddle feathers.

In January I hatched a few Tolbunt Polish, and I'm having trouble determining their genders. It's probably a long shot, but is there any either of these could be pullets?

I would say Rooster on both of them by the pointy feathers on their crest.

Do you have any full body pictures? By the crests I would say roo as well, but seeing the entire body is helpful.
