legal, I too can have whatever I want.....I just choose not to upset the neighbors too much. It's kind of like buying someone's kid a drum set, when the time comes for you to have children, you can bet that they will get the biggest - loudest - drum set on the market!

Pretty sure I'm legal, as the nearest McDonald's is 80 miles away, and the nearest mall is far over 100 miles away. . . And even though I "live in Forks" which is a nearly 4,000 pop town, I actually live 14 miles away from it, 2 miles from the Olympic National Park, sooo. . . yeah.

Illegal, but neighbors don't care much, they rarely go outside now. Back in the day it was more difficult to have chickens, but the town seems to be more lenient now.My dad was warned twice in the late 90's and early 2000 for having chickens.

Legal--HOA says I can have "Pets" but not "Livestock". I only have pet chickens, so I'm cool! City says I can have up to 25.
