Cornish bantam males, Naked neck males, Dorking males and then any males that I can't sell and aren't using for breeding (planning to increase roosters possibly double by next summer, depending on what I get lucky with)

I like eggs just about every/any way other than raw. Favorites are over easy or poached with sourdough bread.

Have you had the whirlpool egg? It’s a beaten egg put in boiling water that you stir really quick after it boils, then put in the beaten egg. Let that cook for about 30 seconds to a minute () i dont remember exactly. And then drain in colander. Super fluffy and delicious!
