Some people just have bulletproof guts. My husband is one of these people. You can feed him sludge from the bottom of a Chinese restaurant's dumpster that's been festering for the day in 100 degree heat and he'd be happy as a clam.Knock on wood, I've been eating med-rare burgers for 15+ plus years and my daddy for 40+ years. Neither of us have gotten sick yet.
TartareGround beef is not usually the grade you want to cook less than medium well. The surface area allows too much bacteria to infiltrate the meat. Most places aren't going to police their grinding, burger patties are not the same as tartare.
I got the next size down lol I was gonna get the small one but it was only 20 cents cheaper for waaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy less so it didn’t make sense lolNot unless you plan on making lots of salads!
