How long did that take? I gotta get back there cause I felt AMAZING when I was eating better and exercising tons before the wedding but then I went back with COVID. I actually went worse than even before the wedding and added fast food and sodas back which I hadn’t touched in years. At the same time though, I’ve been moving and exercising tons so that’s good at least but not the restEver since I started eating healthier I crave things like chicken and vegetables instead of sugar. I can't believe I used to put crap in my body on a regular basis.
