Ever since I started eating healthier I crave things like chicken and vegetables instead of sugar. I can't believe I used to put crap in my body on a regular basis.
How long did that take? I gotta get back there cause I felt AMAZING when I was eating better and exercising tons before the wedding but then I went back with COVID. I actually went worse than even before the wedding and added fast food and sodas back which I hadn’t touched in years. At the same time though, I’ve been moving and exercising tons so that’s good at least but not the rest
 
Tartar sauce, most of it is .. tart, vinegary? Too much even. I like it on the creamy side. It's hard to find but House Autry makes a really good tartar sauce that is not just pickled relish mixed in with the stale diet miracle whip that didn't sell.

However, again, if you make your own, that is the way to go !

Yeah we usually just make our own with mayonnaise and relish

I'm not sure. I never went cold turkey, I just made a gradual change by becoming aware of the nutritional value of foods and cutting out snacks. It's easier to control your diet if you only eat at meals. It's been maybe a year now since I first started. Also, not bringing junk food in the house at all is a big part of resisting cravings. Willpower is limited.

Yeah that makes sense! I don’t think cold turkey would work for me but I might have to make it work because there isn’t really such a thing as moderation for me 🤣 I’m constantly snacking and especially lately I’ve started binging a lot which I never really did before or at least not as bad so I think I need to just toss everything like all the junk we have and start over. I am bad about buying Dollar Tree or grocery store snacks. Recently I’ve been on a massive Coca Cola kick :oops: but that stuff is HORRIBLE for the body so I’ve been working on it. My willpower is zero 🤣
