What are you planning to do with them? Why did you buy them from a live poultry market? Birds from a place like that should not be expected to be healthy.

It's all right, they're both dead; indeed, it doesn't make much sense for them to be healthy considering where they came from. Worth the money.

Sorry to hear that. The droppings looked really bad as well- they were probably sick for a while. If you do consider buying more please look to buy from a pigeon or dove fancier. When treated properly they’re very hardy and long lives.
