Poop advice. Do I need to worry?

This is what my 1.5 yr old Maran Rosie has been doing all over the yard. Its been hot here in SW Okla, and then it rained while I was away two nights ago and their food got wet, of course they ate it. Is this just a hot hen's droppings or an intestinal issue? She's my best layer and I'll give her meds, but as a last resort.
