i recently got a Americana and a crested chicks, the crested started to act odd after about 2 days it seems sleepy all the time , and right about the time it started to perk up and get more active it died, i came home one morning and she had passed, leaving my Americana solo, so i went to the feed store the next day and got a golden laced wyandotte to pair with my Americana, today when i got home i noticed alot of poop caked on the Americana and poop on the wing feathers of the golden , so i washed them both in a shallow sink of soapy water and rinsed them after i gently dried with with the blow dryer and they fluffed back out i was watching them to make sure they weren't cold or shivering i was particularly concerned with the new golden bc she is so so much smaller than the other chick whos wings are almost all the way feathered, but then i heard a fart and directed my attention to the Americana and i noticed she pooped but it didnt actually fall from her bum, it just stuck, other than it sticking it looked healthy
do i have any reason for concern or is this just something normal that that other 3 chicks ive raised didnt do
this is my 3rd round raising sets of chicks vs large sets at once
